it's not merely interaction, althought it could be, but for most this is a training exercise.
A training session in informing each other, educating each other, and being honest with each other.
The honestly part 1st enters the equation when we let each other know whether or not we are receptive to being educated on a certain subject. Let's be honest with each other, certain things we don't want to know, be they important or unimportant, for whatever reason. Let's not waste each others time, lets build only if we are interested in doing so on a particular topic.
